Service Advisor (Bilingual - English/Spanish) - High-Performing Shop in Houston
Chimney Rock Car Care is growing, and we’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
We are not a typical repair shop. We prioritize honesty, transparency, and a high-level customer experience, and we’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, build trust, and help our customers make confident decisions.
About Us:
- Established, high-volume independent shop in Houston (Galleria area).
- 10-bay facility with an experienced, structured team.
- Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos & videos.
- Strong reputation with 700+ Google reviews.
- Focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.
- Clearly communicate concerns between customers and technicians.
- Present estimates with confidence and clarity.
- Follow up on declined work and missed opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow.
- Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Automotive Service Advisor experience (required).
- Strong communication and sales confidence.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
